Peanut butter creamy smoothie 1/2 cup chickpeas 1/2 cup oats 1 tbsp peanut butter 3 dates 1 cup oat milk or any other vegan milk 1 large banana 1 tsp vanilla bean paste Place all the ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Sorry not sorry my feed is turning into chocolate spam these days 😉🍫🍫 I just feel I wanna eat coconut chia pudding and chocolate smoothie all the time. The chia pudding recipe is the same as posted one picture back and the smoothie is made of soaked oats, that are great alternative for bananas in my opinion. How to 👇It’s a gorgeous morning here, so running was super lovely in the park. Off up north for meetings today so looking forward to meeting exciting people!
